Tarion Warranty Corporation

Tarion is a private, non-profit corporation which was established in 1976 to protect new home buyers and regulate new home builders.  Tarion administers the Ontario New Home Warranties Act, which outlines the warranty protection that new home buyers are entitled to in Ontario.  Only Tarion registered builders are able to construct new homes in Ontario.  All newly built homes come with a statutory warranty from the builder backed by Tarion.  Brouwer Homes has been registered with Tarion since 2002.
